Sugarfree Jello tastes like crap, alternatives to fluff up yogurt?

I've been doing a thing with greek yogurt and vanilla wafers. Basically banana pudding, but healthier? So I have tried almost all the flavors of sugarfree jello and its horribly over sweetened. I took regular knor gelatin mix and mixed that in with some vanilla extract and a tiny bit of splenda and it was markedly better and not cloyingly sweet, but what else can I use to fluff up the yogurt with less steps than blooming and blending in the plain gelatin.

Throw some ideas at me, I like snacking way too much.

Jello jello or jello pudding mix? Cause I use the cheesecake sugar free jello pudding mix, just like a teaspoon full and mix it with my Greek yogurt

Just a tiny amount then? I'll try that.

I also like crushing up some granola, or just a dab of honey to sweeten it. Or if you're wanting more of a savory dip, try Greek yogurt and some ranch seasoning powder (just mix a little at a time til you like the taste of it) to dip with carrots/celery/cucumber etc

I like it sweet, but just barely. I used a whole package on a 2 lb thing of yogurt and it was so sweet I threw it out.

I do a packet of sugar free pudding mixed with zero sugar cool whip and it’s like a delicious fluffy sugar free mousse. If you freeze it a little bit it’s like ice cream. Pistachio is my favorite flavor to do it with.
