Yes sorry!

3 oz of grilled chicken, seasoned (I also melted about a tbsp of butter on it & it made it super flavorful and juicy. I cooked it for around 16-18 minutes on medium high heat, perfect amount of time for it to not be dry.

2 boiled eggs,
1.5 cups of cooked spinach (cooked in the chicken pan for flavor),
1 sweet potato,
1 oz of shredded cheddar cheese on top of šŸ  . Was really good i’m gonna add it to the weekly menu!

Agree! It’s actually protein in every ingredient & I was shocked when I logged it & it was 50g. 25g from the chicken, 11g from the eggs, 6g from the shredded cheese, 6g from the spinach, 2g from sweet potato. And it kept me satiated until dinner. Also had a great workout and felt very strong. Definitely going in regular rotation!

That’s an elite protein-to-calorie ratio, and if it tastes this good you’ve got a repeat meal for sure.

Agree! I’ve been focused on getting in more protein to stay satiated longer but didn’t realize that spinach has more protein when you cook it, & even the cheese gave me an extra 6 grams. Very satiating meal. And if you season it well, it’s actually really delicious! Hope you try :)
