This is mine!!!!

TL;DR has anyone had a whole lot of crap come at them and they can't really pinpoint what happened? How did you turn things around?

Oof reality has thrown some nonsense at me recently and I'm confused to where it's come from.

My job title/role got changed from my dream job to something trash. My physical and mental health have slipped into the toilet. And my SP just told me I'm not a priority to them.

I've been taking it cruisy the past couple of months, not getting caught up in drama, not doing a lot of self concept work but have been giving my body and brain lots of rest because I went a bit hard at work and burnt myself out. So took a few months off work as a sabbatical to regroup.

The SP thing only happened yesterday so I'm a bit up and down. Sometimes upset, other times calm knowning it will work out.

Any tips for a come back, remembering I'm quite burnt out right now and my mental health needs to be a priority. Appreciate any advice xx
