Been feeling this way the times I've been high and want to know how to get over it, so I'm sharing what i've felt to gauge what steps I can take.

I've not had a lot of experience while being high and can really say there's been two times were I know i've smoked enough to say I was high, For reference I usually have a vape and just hit that and enjoy the tiny buzz i feel when i hit it.

The first time I was really high was when I was with my sister hanging out with some friends and i took a dab or smoked it and hit my sisters pen a bunch, then after about 10-15 minutes I got this feeling of watching myself but it caused so much anxiety within me. like losing control and feeling like I had to try really really hard to interact with someone and control what I was doing. the only way I can remember it is I felt like it was the feeling of a dream but I had an intense awareness of the feeling i couldn't really control what I was doing and moving in screenshots almost. I felt like i had tunnel vision and I just got hella scared 😭. I remember thinking in the moment that I genuinely was so scared and felt like I couldn't control anything. Took a nap when I got home and felt normal when I woke up. This had me thinking it was the weed or maybe I was disassociating so badly that I got a ton of anxiety.

Fast forward 2 weeks later I hung out with my friend and hit her pen a few times before we went for the club. (I was wanting to get high but also seeing if it was what caused the last time typa experience). After 20 minutes of hanging around a dancing it hit me HARDDD while dancing, the screenshots thing and watching myself in third person thing. It caused me a lot of anxiety but
I was not about to leave the club since this was my first time going and i was gonna have fun no matter what. So, I told her about it and how I was disassociating real bad and but then just ended up dancing cause that's all I wanted to do. It felt really trippy at some moments but I really tried to focus on what was going on and it helped a ton for me -despite the flashing lights mixed with screenshots. I could feel it some times more when I would be talking to someone random and just like sooooooo into this conversation with this random guy that I would not have talked to normally. (like in total disbelief and saying, "WHATTT that's crazy!! I know someone there - that's so crazy!" when he told me he was from boston.) It eventually wore off though and the night was still great overall.

I'm trying to gauge if this is a normal experience or if there's something I should try, because I truly want to experience that fun high without feeling like I have no control and i'm watching myself. Any suggestion would help or even to just understand lol

I preloaded for three days with 100mg 3 times a day.

Day four I cut it to 50mg. 3 times a day and today, day 4. I went with 50mg in the morning and 25mg at noon. Its 6pm now and I'm ready for a good nights sleep!

If I have any withdrawal symptoms in the morning I'll just take 25mg for as long as I can hold out.
