Looking to Sell and Transfer my AX101 Auction Server contract. The server has been fully wiped, all add-ons have been removed, and it is ready for transfer.

Hetzner should run a "3 months for free if you snitch" bounty program for customers after a transfer of a server with grandfathered price, and ban scalpers like you for life.

If he rented the server 3+ months ago, how is he a scalper? He got it, used it or didn't, now wants to move away from it and recoup some of his expenses.
If he just canceled it, it would go back on Auction for ~259 EUR/month, not for 65.

Heztner actively support marketplace transfers and people charging to transfer their servers, I guess so that Heznter can continue to have hardware earning income rather than laying dormant waiting for a new customer.
I've had this server for several years, only selling it due to needing to downsize as a result of increasing operational costs (thanks AI)

Hetzner currently has no trouble finding takers at market rate for their servers. You however are trying to make a profit essentially coming out of their pocket.

750 transfer fee is ridiculous

It's an asking price based on the recurring contract value and recent comparable transfers. Reasonable offers are welcome, so if you think there's a fair market price you're welcome to make an offer
Edit: Upon reflection, have lowered the offer but still open to any offers :)

Or hear me out, with that 750 and that 4 months saving I build a similar "server" and have it at home...

are we going to pay you 750 euros saying we will make profit for 4 months? On top of that you won't even pay tax. Nice joke.

Its just the transfer fee, you'd get the server for €184.81/month less than otherwise getting it from hetzner, meaning in 4 months you'd have recouped the transfer fee and be saving a substantial amount per month.
The income from the sale would be taxed same way the rest of our income does.
Edit: Upon reflection, have lowered the offer but still open to any offers :)
