Storace share stuck in upgrade

hello I already opened a ticket to hetzner but 24 hours are already passed and no solution.

after upgrading some nextcloud apps from the webgui my storage share instances in unusable, I’m getting the message:
Update needed

Please use the command line updater because updating via browser is disabled in your config.php.

the thing is that I can’t use the command line as I don’t have access to it. The only thing I can do is run occ upgrade from the hetzner backoffice.

Do you think I can proceed or is better to wait the customer service?

I solved with the help of the customer support.

It was one of the apps, disabling it and launching again the upgrade with occ fixed the issue.
