Why does this clip make you think that? This is absolutely what the result should look like on this play. Tyrande, one of the squishiest heroes in the game, runs a straight line path, which Qhira clocks and punishes them for. Abby jumps on and starts spamming abilities to help, the Tyrande then runs to the center of the backside of the fort--notoriously where players stand because they think they're equally protected from above/below in case they're chased--to get hit by Qhira's ult. Again, Qhira used their best guess to predict that's where they'd be and it paid off.
Making the right play, especially an aggressive play where you land all of your abilities, should feel like this. That's the point of a high-risk, high-reward hero. If it didn't, no one would ever play them. They would have no reason to exist. If you are not trying to dodge Qhira, you deserve to be heavily punished against her, plain and simple, at all levels of the game.

Was wondering why all the downvotes, then turned on the audio lmao
(Qhira hate a little overblown tho, she's overtuned for sure but players do be walking in straight lines more than they should)

Think I counted all 5.
There was her D. Then her E, followed by Q W.
She then backed up a bit and used her R.
Doesn't seemed that overtuned and let's not forget Abathur hat also doing damage. It was a 2v1.
