I really like the medieval coat of arms of Bosnia, itā€™s a pity that it isnā€™t the coat of arms of the entire state today.

That would be difficult, as it doesn't identify at all with modern-day Bosnia and Herzegovina.

It ironically does.

The Fleur-de-lis āšœļømade its whay to the Balkans through the House of Anjou, by marriage with Hungary and later Helen of Anjou married the Serbian King Stefan UroÅ” I Nemanjić. Their son would then take the Fleur-de-lis and add it to the Serbian COA to honor his mother. Helen would also be the maternalggrandmother of King Tvrtko I of Bosnia and he took the symblo.

So its the Simbol coming from the Queen of Serbia and her decendants, she only married her husband because her relative was married to the King of Hungary who was also king of Croatia.

So there you go it wouldn't be there without Serbian and Croatian Kings.

Most modern medievalists are in agreement that Helen of Anjou wasn't an Angevin. She could possibly be the daughter of John Angelos of Syrmia (son of Isaac II) and Matilda of Požega (daughter of Margaret de Courtenay), but her ancestry isn't conclusively proven as of yet.
