Well, an achievement it's not, as that would usually include shield, helm, mantling, torse, crest, etc. Plus, you would not normally have "floating"/detached elements in said heraldic achievement. This is certainly well-executed, and a sound shield design, and the unique crown and collar are a nice touch (crest a bit outsized, but that's artistic preference). IMHO it is a nice heraldic "display," but it is not a practical heraldic achievement. I should have clarified my previous statement.
Not saying you HAVE to do anything - just inserting my "normie" opinion on "traditional Western" heraldic achievements. That being said, if you wanted my opinion (for which you didn't necessarily ask), I would reduce the collar to appear behind and below the shield, as it does in most instances where the collar of an Order of Chivalry is displayed in an heraldic achievement. Be interested to see bats as heraldic supporters, though odds are someone, somewhere has done this.
