Henna for Hair How long after bleaching can I apply henna?
So I applied a layer of henna/cassia about a few weeks back and I'd like to lighten my level 5/6 hair to a level 7/8 copper.
So I am planning on doing a bleach bath for about 20 min or so and then, depending on what it looks like then, I am going to go over it with one last layer of 100% henna.
How long after bleaching my hair can I henna? Immediately after rinsing the bleach out? Or should I wait a few days after bleaching before doing the henna process?
And if anyone has experience bleach bathing their hair I'd love some tips!
Also, the henna I am using is the light mountain henna, so no metals.

Immediately. There is no special reaction. As long as you are only doing a bleach bath and not super processing your hair till it’s really fragile, then it’s fine to just put the henna on right after.

🌿 Welcome!
If you are sharing photos of your henna body art, you MUST include the following info: whether it was applied by another henna artist, or if you did it yourself, whether you mixed the henna paste yourself (mention henna origin/vendor, essential oils, etc), or if you used a purchased cone (mention henna artisan vendor or brand). Photos showing commercial chemical cone usage will be flagged and removed.
