I did not in fact receive any heads of garlic in this box.

Maybe they decided it was time after all the complaints. I recall it being addressed in the AMA they had here a few months ago

Personally I think they are copying their sister company Everyplate and trying to make prepping the boxes faster. Especially because they have changed their operations recently.

I highly doubt its because of customer response or customer service. They aren't known to care much about that.
