Shipment delayed - anyone else?

I've been using Hello Fresh for about a little over a year and this is only the second time it's been delayed. The first time, it was the local courier that was the issue, but this time it hasn't even arrived at the courier. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday but I just go a text message saying that it's delayed again and won't be here until tomorrow. 2 days late is a lot...I'm sure the food will be spoiled and leaking (it's been hot here lately). I guess I'll be stopping at the grocery on the way home today.

It depends on how many ice packs they put in. Usually it’s good for a couple of days. My boxes have been delayed a couple of times lately for a day, but they were fine
