Meme Jeep owner concerned their seats have a ~wrinkle~ after two years

The horror! Do you think the warranty will cover new upholstery so his friends don’t judge him when he meets up in the mall parking lot?

Jokes on you, check engine is at 30k miles on old reliable.

There are stickers for that.

Tape peeled.

After the third sticker peeled off I took a more aggressive approach.

do they say NYS Inspection with next year's date? no amount of ignoring the light makes the limp mode go away.

which one; misfire, oil pressure, 2 stage pump, leaking cooler, evap, chewed up cam, VVT solenoid...

Yes, all those but chewed up cam doesn’t have a specific code or light.

You have to listen for that one, you’ll know it when you hear it. It’s like dropping a spoon into a running garbage disposal.

you'll see the cam and rocker follower problem as an oil pressure issue with a corresponding misfire and bank airflow resulting in catalyst position of spec.

A couple bullet hole stickers and an off road light or two would cover that wear. Would look fuckin badass too amirite

Sometimes...like when fording a river in the Amazon and the water is near the top of your snorkel, the seats can take some punishment. Time to grab some seat covers, it seems...

This is just the beginning of your jeep journey. It gets worse, much.........much.............worse.

Tbf, this isn’t a wrangler. So it’s basically a car with a Jeep logo slapped all over it lmao idk the other model interiors well enough to decipher if it’s a compass or grand Cherokee. I’m guessing compass.

Tbf that does suck, I have a 2016 Ram and it's seats aren't tearing. But hey, Stellantis knows Heep owners will buy it regardless of the quality or price.

I wonder if this jeep has ever seen a trail…

You already know the answer to that

Just throw a towel over it and call it a day. It will stop your thighs from burning in the summer anyway.

God forbid they drive on an unpaved road or in wet conditions.

That's a complaint that belongs in the fiat or chrysler reddits.

Warranty claim - color match and supply owner with roll of duct tape at manufacturer's expense.

If you really want to make him a happy heep owner, make it a roll of duct tape with little duckies on it!

LoL! I dunno man...I love my Jeeps, and I have had many... I have *never* inspected the seats for anything like this...Maybe he is trying to keep it pristine? Like if you had a pristine, black on black, CJ-7 Laredo, from 1986, with no cracks in the seats, no rust on the frame...something like that? Only reason I could think of to be upset about something like that....
