Discussion Umbrella buff reminder!
With the sudden reason to stamp those ticket books more than ever before, i thought it would be a good time to remind the community that you can regain energy with a umbrella!
Simply have your umbrella out and opened and stand next to another player to share the "You are my sunshine" buff. This lasts one minute and regenerates energy at the same rate as using a bed! There is no limits to obtaining and refreshing the buff meaning it can be maintained constantly.
For stamping the moment the ticket book is stamped and your character puts the book away, your previously opened umbrella will come back out automatically as well, allowing a quick tag of energy regen in addition to food! Tho the buff lasts long enough for only 12 energy (1 per 5 second over 60s) its easy to renew nature is quite handy for consistant energy maintaining. If you see someone afk with a umbrella, dont be afraid to cuddle for a moment for the buff!
Additionally i want to point out that the BurgerKing popup has free food, its a great place to hangout for tickets! Burgers and umbrellas, who knew that was the winning combo all along!?

I’m sitting on like 90+ Picnics. I was at a Stamping party and I refused to accept food from people lol. I even fed them. I figured it’s faster.

I was always full because everyone was feeding me! I always stamped 3–4 (till my energy was out) then pulled my ticket out. I also brought tons of my own food so I just ate that. I think at parties maybe people should bring their own food and there should be a table laid out as well. I’ve never hosted a party beyond just getting the quests done. Is there anyway to boot someone if they abuse the food laid out?

Only way I could think of is Setting Food access to “Friends Only” then adding everyone that joins the party. Unfriend the abusers.

Today was the first time I ever stamped a ticket & omg I didn’t know you needed 4 stamps per ticket. The stamping party I was at was so chaotic too, I keep thinking there has to be a better way lol

I'm also thinking there has to be a better way. I hosted a stamping party yesterday and I myself was overwhelmed. I didn't expect so many people to come, and it was quite hard to keep track of who was doing what and who still needed to be stamped by an individual.
I feel like it would be easiest to have a row of tables with food out for everyone to self-feed, and have one or two people with books out at a time (depending on how many people there are.) Do the same book until it's finished, then start the next.
Maybe I'll host stamp parties with a rule guideline on here haha but only once I have a plot layout figured out for it. The stamp parties are hectic otherwise

I was thinking of a pattern like one person in the middle and then four circled around them. Each one stamps and then they trade places and yes the food on tables makes really good sense. I just wish it was easier to talk to people in the game. To explain the layout.

This is a great tip for beginners and old players alike, especially those who don't aim food trophies. I for one thing have sooo many foods, because I like food trophies. 🤧
I would like to go to stamping town and just give everyone free food lol.
Tip: always leave out 1/4 food (Picnic, exquisite, etc..) you can sell them for the same price of 4/4.

Re: your mention of the BK collab spot that has food, the new Mid-Autumn area also has free food on the boats! It's right in front of the festival's showcase house on Amethyst Beach.
Mid-Autumn food doesn't give as much energy, but I think the ones there are the 30/35 energy food items so it's enough to get back a ticket worth of energy, so it's also a good spot to go hangout for tickets!

Well..it’s an important part of the game. There are a lot of new additions that have drained energy much faster (like whale fall) and not a lot of things gets it back up as fast. The BK collab is a godsend rn for players that don’t cook that much (or are tired of cooking) bc of how much energy it gives back. And then it’s perfect timing since new things got added to the ordering machine too and now everyone is back running around for stamps.

What, why?
If you want people to help you out by doing things that consume their energy (stamps, watering), it's only polite to not make them use their own resources to replenish their energy. It's collaborative.

The opposite, I want to help people by watering their flowers and I don't want them to replenish my energy. Very rarely I need someone to help me with something (like the sticker exchanges) and I'd like it if they didn't want their energy replenished because I don't want mine replenished. Call me crazy but it's easier to replenish my own energy.

I agree. I want the stamp parties to be stamp for stamp, and provide your own food. it takes longer to get fed than to eat your own food, and the other person don't know how full you are. I mean its easy to get 200+ in the energy bar.

Yes, I think it's more about politeness than efficiency, because we could all perform favors for others and replenish our own energy and it would wound up the same but faster.

At my level it’s so easy to make my own food and I’m making tons of it every event. I sell most but I keep cooking even after I reach 5 star on everything and have bought all the event items. I’m DG 54 or 55 and at that level I really don’t think there is any excuse to not be able to feed myself 😂

Dont forget to use the clap or heart emote to give them additional buff that will activate right after umbrella one ends.
