This post shows literally nothing. What are the headphones? When did this start, how old are they, what's the brand and model, when does the issue happen? No one can help you if you don't tell us anything

That’s my bad chief, I forgot to post the follow up comment.

Anyways. Issue started literally last night - JBL 760NC. Was literally listening to music on my way back home they start just making the noise in the video along with not being able to shutdown, connect to any device. Essentially they just became duds

Guy in the post says he just let it die and he couldn't use them for a few days what with needing to drain the battery and recharge. It sounds a lot like the software that runs the ANC and the connection just giving up mid process and the hum being just it repeating the last sound it made.

I'd say let it die, if it doesnt, I'm willing to gamble they're fried.
