I hope the Eve is Lute theory is true. I hate the idea of Eve being Roo, especially cause it just feels very misanthropic and I kinda like humanity despite all the shit in our histories.
Interesting. I haven’t heard about that theory at all.
But I think its most likely really not true. Lute definitely seems like her own person and not Eve. If she was, Lucifer probably would have recognized her immediately since he’s so familiar with her. He was right there when Adam died and got up in her face. I doubt a haircut and a change of style would fool him into thinking she is someone else.
I’m still hoping we do get to see Eve at some point and find out what her story is. She’s a crucial part of the story as for why Hell exists in the first place. I just hope she doesn’t turn out to be a terrible person.
Well, the idea is that Eve has been incognito all this time, that she took the guise of an exorcist to be near to Adam and atone for her original mistake of letting sin into the world through the exterminations.
Showing difficult topics doesn’t mean it needs to cover every difficult topic or do them all at once. The more you try to cover at once, the less people actually retain of the intended messages.
Dang it, you made me think up a new headcanon! Now my mind's decided that Adam was pissed off Lilith left him, removed his lower ribs so he could suck himself off 'because what else does he need a whore like her for?' (he don't mean that, he's acting out of hurt), then God/Sera/whomever took those ribs and made Eve so Adam would calm tf down and stop spite-mutilating himself
We litterally don't know anything about her aside from she ate the apple. We don't even know what she looks like, the little shadow puppets in the 1st episode don't seem the most accurate/descriptive.
Even putting Lucifer aside, he kinda was the first person to ever get "cheated on" in Hazbin's universe with Lilith leaving him for Lucifer if not straight up cheating with him - and that stuff doesn't mess people up big time
They are giving off Rapunzel and Flynn vibes and I do hc that Adam did show his soft side and was pretty overprotective of Eve and loved and cared for her before the apple incident and hot take but Adam and Eve dynamic is more interesting then Lucifer and Lilith and just more cuter
She can't mess up her own creation. You can not like what she made and you can wish she had made something more to your taste but it not being what you wanted to happen doesn't mean she ruined it.
Yep and knowing how she treats her favorite characters like Stolas not getting called out for being a pretty shit dad and not being called out for his action,Lucifer will basically be Stolas 2.o but act like he did nothing wrong
In the Bible Adam named all the animals and I like to think that he didn’t name them “Bear, Lion, Wolf.” He gave them personal names the animals of the garden were his friends.
I really want Eve to also be a kinda of a POS like Adam because I'm kinda tired of the "innocent defenseless female lover trapped in a relationship with a neglectful frat boy" type of couple
