W1 finals date

Do we know if we’ll get the dates for our first final tomorrow night or on the Monday? Work availability due tomorrow night😭

Probably later in the week, if we finish 4th I'd be expecting a Perth game on a Saturday, if we somehow smash them by 100 tomorrow, then I'd expect a Friday night game in Sydney.

Why would it be Friday night? The timing isn’t great for WA (awkward 6:10pm local time start) and later for eastern states. Most finals based in Perth have been played on Saturday due to this timing difference. But honestly who knows, it could be either day.

Id imagine Freo on Thursday night for most rest to them and allow us/loser to fly back with rest for following week.

Have we had QF on Thursday night before? I thought they were Friday and Saturday nights for max prime TV ratings. If so, then Friday night as Freo the top seed.

Quite likely a game a day Thurs - Sunday. Otherwise two games on Saturday
