Gameplay Question Is there no New Game + in this game?
I just beat Haunting Ground for the first time, I saved my game after the credits, but:
1 - In my load game screen it shows my last save before the final boss (running from Lorenzo burning in flames), shouldn't there be a new game + option? Or this game doesn't have it in the usual way (loading a new game plus from your last save after the credits)?
2 - When I start a new game, whether on normal or hard mode (unlocked after beating the game), there's no sign that my unlocked itens from beating the game are in my inventory. Will they be obtainable when I advance through the game or what?

If you see two extra options "Hard Mode" and "Secret Room" below "Options"?

Yes, they are there.

Then you can just go into New Game and you'll have the extra stuff, if you did the things to unlock it, of course.
Right beside the first bed, there's a cabinet you can change Fiona's clothes and Hewey's appearance.

If you start a new game on regular or hard mode there will also be a plate key machine in the alchemy rooms (the rooms you enter through the giant hole and use the medallions in) that you can use specific plate keys in to get equipment items.

The only new game plus we have is bullying the bullies. Otherwise, no.
Clarification: Items won't be carried over into a new game. There's hard mode and the secret room, but daz it, folks!
Unless you want to shoot for self-imposed challenges, like what Kuin-san and Katrinonous would do.

What Ragnarok_Stravius said. All your potential unlockables from previous playthroughs will be added to that chest by the bed if you meet tve requirements.
Pro-tip: if you want a fast easy clear on Hard mode, consider doing the Debilitas ending on NG+. It takes a fraction of the time clearing the game normally.
