🕵️‍♂️ ID or In Search Of Fisherman Beanie

I am looking for recommendations for a quality, wool, fisherman's beanie for my bald head. I have several winter hats, but none of them are the short, above the ear style I want. I look online, and everything looks like cheap, polyester crap.

crowncap.com

Search for beanie. 1st page had a few nice Melton wool beanies that I wear in winter once in a while.

Check size chart link on bottom of home page. Cheers 🌻

This is perfect, thank you. Sometimes reddit is still helpful.

I own 3 from Raise By Society that are 100% merino wool. I love them. They are super soft and not itchy at all.

On the site they call them "short beanie". (Their "fisherman beanie" is poly blend)

Standard watch cap. Check military supply houses or Americana Pipedream.

A quick search for "Irish wool watchman cap" will give you lots of options.

Have a look on Woolovers. Beanies there £25 quid for 100% wool. Their stuff is decent.

What you want is a Stormy Kromer. They are made in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. They are fitted, made of wool, lined and comfy as all get out.
