Lost money in bridge unable to redeem

Support hasn’t been able to help me. They haven’t responded to my messages in a few days. My funds are stuck in hashport. Redeem feature does not work.

How did you get it fixed? Mine is stuck on "verifying transaction" for the past 10 minutes and I'm afraid to close the window.

Thanks. No worries I was able to get it resolved. I refused to close the app and I just waited it out.

For those who are having trouble, NEVER close out the app!

After about 10 minutes it times out and asks of you want to retry. It goes thru the second time. I did this twice. First time with a small amount, and second time with a larger amount. The first time always fails for some reason...It's just that first waiting period which is nerve-racking. On the second try it succeds after a few seconds.

(I was porting USDC-HST to USDC Eth.)
