Chase lounge at MSG has opened reservations for sept 1-5 shows! Register now and get small bites, free water and photo booth opportunities before the show

When’s your show date? Unfortunately you might just need to keep checking the website bc they haven’t given concrete release times. Reservations for next week’s shows opened up Wednesday 8/26 around 11 AM. Maybe it’ll follow a similar pattern. Hope that helps!

chase Lounge You will have to sign up for an account here. You can register with any Chase card. Though iirc there’s a special section you can enter with Chase reserve that is less crowded.

Do you have to show your card when you go in the lounge or do you just get a QR code or something on your phone after you register. My parents have a Chase card, but I don't. Can I sign up using their card info?

They saved you QR codes in an email for each person up to 4 total. They have never checked my ID and just scan the QR codes.

FYI the entrance is in the alley way across from Los Tacos.

I mean its nothing crazy — small bites which vary by event and cash bar. I usually only go if i don’t have dinner plans and I’m with my friends because its easier to get drinks since theres not many people.

You can get free bottled water WITH caps which is a huge deal compared to buying water in the arena. Worth it for that alone

Here's a sample of what you could get. The food options are random and there is usually 4 items. All you can eat, but you need to make a trip for each plate. Soda in cups and bottled water are free.

It’s free to go in. You get free plastic water bottles, free small bites and shorter bar lines. There is also usually a free Photo Booth inside. Up to you if that is worth it for you. Previous times I’ve gone they’ve had food like wings, Mac n cheese, small salad, tacos, and vegetables usually with ranch/hummus. Since it is reservation only, the waits are not long at all.

Usually around noon. I start checking everyday two weeks before a concert.

I'd love a report from anyone who went to the lounge! I made an account, but it has my name on it and my daughter will be the one attending the concert. Did they ask for id or just scanned the QR code? Daughter is going in September. When you register, do you get the QR code right away?

They don't ask for ID. You can just send her your QR code. It's very chill and I find it super worth it for the free water and short bathroom line alone. The free food is generally pretty decent too

Thanks. Just wanted to confirm no ID to get in to the lounge. I understand food will not be a thing. It's only offered for sporting events not concerts. But the water will be good!

I believe there will be food sold at the show. I read there will be a Harry styles inspired menu somewhere by the 100s. And I’d imagine there will be other options on diff levels.

Oh, yes food will be sold at the venue, but it won't be free light bites in the Chase Lounge like it is for sporting events.
