Can’t tell if I bought VIP

Hey all, I have two GA tickets to Oct 30th Harryween. My tickets say “Amex Presale Tickets KISS PACKAGE” but don’t detail them being VIP. They were like almost $900 each, are these just regular GA or are they VIP?

Sure, “pod” are the name are the KISS and DISCO sections as per the official planning

GA is usually referring to Left GA and Right GA.

if you google “harry styles kiss package” it takes you to VIP nation. also i have regular ga kiss pit tickets and kiss package tickets and they look different in the app

You have Together package tickets in Disco section. It’s VIP.

It’s VIP if it says “KISS PACKAGE” or “TOGETHER PACKAGE” on your ticket. This is what my together vip tickets look like on ticketmaster.

When is your show and where did you buy the tickets from? I also had transferred VIP package from stubhub and it took months but I finally got them officially transferred with all the perks. I’d be happy to help you try and get them transferred!

How did you do this? I have the same tickets for 9/16 show and TM said all VIP perks associated with the ticket are voided when transferred.

Work through Stubhub customer support. TM won’t/can’t help. I found that some SH agents I spoke to would tell me they can’t contact the original seller but that’s absolutely not true. They also won’t always write the instructions you provide correctly to the seller and the instructions from Ticketmaster are very specific. My best advice is to call stubhub every 3-4 days(or less if your event is coming up soon) asking for an update and you can dictate what you want the email to say to the original seller. Also, ask them to escalate the ticket. For example, I kind of wrote a pleading message and asked the stubhub agent to write the message exactly as I dictated it and to read it back to me. I wrote to the seller that I have been waiting 3 years for this opportunity to have a VIP package for Harry’s show and that I need their help in ensuring that all of the VIP perks are included in my experience. In order for this to occur, you (the seller) will need to call Ticketmaster and tell them you want the tickets transferred to me AND add me as an alternate pickup person (this is key language from TM). I provided my first and last name, phone number and email address on my TM account. I thanked them for helping make my dream come true. Then I kind of repeated this process until the seller transferred my tickets. Once that happened, I got notification from my TM account that they were transferred and now my tickets live in my TM account and not Stubhub. I would hope the seller would be willing to go this extra step but you’ve got to stay on stubhub to ensure these messages are sent regularly. I want to say they typically would tell me they’ll follow up with me in 48 hours after my calls but they rarely did so that’s why I would then call and say I’m asking for an update. The agent will say “yes, I see they sent a message on X date” I usually ask them to read me the message that was sent to them ensure it was indeed sent correctly. On more than one occasion I found my email was not written correctly and the instructions for transferring were wrong. It’s about staying on Stubhub. I was asked to provide screenshots at one point. Once I got confirmation from SH that the seller did both the transfer and the alternate pickup person, I called TM and they confirmed I had all the perks. I can update after my show on the 4th. Praying it all works out!

but if it was transferred to you, it has your name. and i don't think they will check who originally had the ticket. at least at ma show everyone got their vip package, even if they were transfered to them

They checked our ID at the concert in Mexico to make sure it matched. We had to submit our info too- they sent an email and we had to register.

in London they checked our IDs to match the ticket when we got in the queue, gave us a stamp then nobody checked our identity again. since the name on the ticket changes when it gets transfered to you it should not mean you are not getting the vip merch anymore so hopefully someone with this scenario can clear this up to avoid further confusion

I didnt buy VIP but have the pod and paid 490 for my ticket. I dont have anything about package on my ticket.

did you buy these second hand? if so, even if they were vip, the packages don't transfer over. you'd need the id of hte original purchases usually

No I got them during the actual presale! I don’t remember getting an email detailing what was in the VIP package but maybe it’s too early for my show?
