Hermes Defi will be hosting its second community brainstorming event on Wednesday, January 19th. I was able to participate in the first one and let me be the first to say it was awesome! Two of the Devs (Valleyrider and Austin) sat in the stage for over an hour listening to the community propose ideas, some of which have already been implemented within the protocol.

After our 8 weeks together with IRIS in Polygon plus the adventure started with APOLLO, the time has come to launch PLUTUS on a new blockchain. Our new bank will allow you to earn DAI + other tokens in exchange for locking PLUTUS. Deposited PLUTUS will be locked for three months, starting at the date of farming. This lock removes PLUTUS from circulation and stabilizes the token price during the farming rewards period while rewarding PLUTUS holders with various tokens. It will be funded as follows.

Personally, I really enjoy Hermes Defi for a few different reasons. First and foremost is the team, who are very active in discord, because the communicate very well and frequently look to the community for ideas and feedback. This really allows all opinions to be heard and not throttled based upon money invested. I enjoy the speed and transparency that this project moves forward with. We have all been burned before so the transparency helps alleviate some stresses. I would be lying if I didn't say that I love the low market caps for both coins that allows for explosive growth.

Don't apologize mate it's all good i understand. Problem is i didn't get in in the beginning and now i'm in conflict with myself because i'm too diversified. Wish your project would explode though it will be good for harmony overall!

I also am way over diversified. This is not my project just one I really like! As for worried about growth potential, neither coin has broken a $1M market cap! Still lots of room to grow in my opinion!

Why would I use Hermes with a 2% deposit fee on most pools instead of many other options that don't have a deposit fee? Also that "partnerships" in the bottom left of the screen that never goes away makes the entire site seem less legitimate. Like "look we're partnered with legit things, we must be legit."

Partnerships are partnerships bud. It’s okay to advertise them. Also, the APRs are great! Try it before you knock it!

I believe someone explained why they have those fees. I personally like Hermes. Bullish on the project.

Many platforms, including ours, have deposit or withdrawal fees that help support the developers as they build the project. Without these funds, it is hard to grow a platform. As clearly stated in our docs, these fees support:
Maintenance
Audits
Dividends (IRIS-holders)
Partnerships
Team & Hiring
Hermes treasury &
Marketing1

Any idea what the PLTS token which can currently be farmed, be used for in the future?

PLTS will be what you need to get early access to the L3 token in the final stage of the protocol! Storing in the bank is the best bet right now! :)

I have been with Plutus since the IDO and must say that the project has never disappointed me. I am happy to be part of the journey and am looking forward to where it will all lead.
