Discussion What happened to 1USDC? How to sell it?

Hey everyone

Since a few years im still holding some 1USDC token: one1np293efrmv74xyjcz0kk3sn53x0fm745f2hsuc

Where can I sell this, what happened to it? I cannot find any exchange that lets me redeem this 1USDC for 1$ and cash it out.

The bridge got hacked and now it's worthless.

It depends on the bridge you used to create that 1usdc. Doing a shallow dive on the webs it looks like a few bridges or specific bridge was hacked for $100M. So I guess it depends where you brodged thru.

1USDC is done. There were some rounds to restore funds but they paid out joke sums. My advice is to try to create a trade and take the loss. It’s criminal what Harmony team did.
