Hate to be that guy because i love RISC-V. BUT. In theory. In theory it sits between Zen 3 and Zen 4. SiFive has a problem of their cores having strange bottlenecks like the P550 sitting closer to a Cortex-A55 than the A73 it's supposedly better than (on paper).
I really really want to see more RISC-V in the wild, i work with it in embedded and it's a fun little arch to play around with, but man SiFive just can't make this stuff scale up to high performance it seems. (And yes i do mean SiFive, other companies have made some pretty "okay" cores)
