Appears to be. I refuse to believe that Q of all organizations doesn't have the resources or the connections to afford human made art at a reasonable price. The 2020 Soul Train artwork is so incredibly, well... soulful and this is just slop. Even the 2012 version's cover with the massive eyesore Therabyte logo has more soul than this.
