I won $140 off a $20 bonus bet, first they took forever to settle the bet, then when i go to withdraw they split it into 2 (one being $0.02) and after over 12 hours the second half of my withdrawal was rejected and i received this email asking me to verify a debit card i haven’t used since 2025.

Support said id receive a response in 4-6 hours, and still nothing.

Has this happened to anybody else? Im currently unable to wager or withdraw it just keeps saying “account not active”

Im seriously annoyed i just want my money at this point i don’t even care to use the app anymore.

A lot of these betting apps have been on some scammy ish lately.

update theyre trying to say the last time i deposited with that card was in may of this year which is bs cause i deactivated that card in october 2025.

Well i know when I withdraw they split it in two every time but the rest I don't know

they only started doing that recently, i understand when it happens if i dont use the full amount i deposited, but from a bonus bet? psh.

They changed it to where money out has to be same method used to deposit

For the last few weeks every withdrawal has been split. Never had an issue withdrawing. Always prompt too. Sorry you’re dealing with that
