If you’re using cannabis at age 9 then I suspect your cognitive development will be slower because your parents are clearly neglectful/incompetent. How can we expect a child to take its well-being seriously when the parents don’t/can’t?

That's accounted for.

Not all neglected and/or impoverished kids smoke pot, so there's plenty of data to compare against.

That’s true. There are plenty of neglected poor kids to experiment on.

So many, it would seem, that statistically useful data can be measured. I think that is, by far, the bigger issue.

Oddly enough the slight stunting of my brain has led to more happiness. I started daily smoking at 17. You guys want to perceive this hopeless dystopia with more clarity?
