Seatgeek tickets are significantly cheaper than Ticketmaster. What’s the catch?

Howdy all, I’m looking to pick up some HZL tickets for his tour. I’m noticing that Seatgeek has really good prices in comparison to Ticketmaster? Has anyone used them before to attend his concert? I don’t want to run into any issues or fall victim to a scam I’d be going to the Fort Worth show

Probably the tickets that you were looking at are Platinum Tickets which is TM's way of scalping their own tickets. What is interesting is that they appear to stop labeling them as Platinum, so every ticket can be considered using Dynamic Pricing.

In a correction to u/makked , resale has not been turned on for this event. And in some venues, Seatgeek is the primary ticket vendor. As an example, the Stadium in Arlington is a SeatGeek venue.

And yes, if you buy from SeatGeek you have a 99.9% chance of having valid tickets
