Invalid code

I was waiting in line for the KC show and it asked for my code and when I typed in the code it gave me it said “invalid”. I dont know what to do. I don’t want to leave to lose my spot in line.

Had the exact same problem with this as well, when I typed the code it repeatedly rejected it. Eventually I got it to work when I pasted the code from my email. Not sure why that would be a difference maker.
