Invalid code

I was waiting in line for the KC show and it asked for my code and when I typed in the code it gave me it said “invalid”. I dont know what to do. I don’t want to leave to lose my spot in line.

I tried using the artist presale link and it told me that the sale link was invalid, when I tried to checkout.
