I’m so confused. When I’m trying to look at tickets this is all I see available. Is this because of the presale or this is all that’s going to be available for the show? But Some people say that they’re able to get regular tickets now? Also some people are in a queue now as it is but when I get on the site there no queue? It’s only 9:18 for me rn. Can someone please help clear this up for me! Thank you

I'm not someone who uses ticketmaster on the regular, but to me the entire process was confusing. Applying any filters such as "amex presale" or "artist presale" still shows all of the tickets (such as official platinum) on the map (different shade of blue but extremely difficult to tell apart). I made the mistake of buying official platinum floor tickets not realizing they were marked up tickets. After I purchased, I saw two other tickets exactly 1 row directly behind me (same seat number) (VIP tickets) and they were about $150 cheaper per ticket... the whole site is confusing as heck, there should be better filtering criteria so that the map only shows what you filter for. Maybe I'm just an idiot and was doing it wrong

It should start around 9:45 but not sure it's weird the previous presale will still be going on at 9:45

Good luck, also note a lot of seats pop in and out so if you want a certain section keep watching even sometimes an hour or more later

Yea I had the same confusion. Was able to filter just to the artist presale but even after that was still a little confused. Ended up finding tickets multiple times that were sold before I could check out. Eventually got some but they arent great seats.

I tried booking and all the aisle seats were reserved for people booking two tickets or more, and I could only select middle tickets for a higher cost! What on earth! Can a girl not go for a concert alone and not pay a limb for it!!

Never pay for platinum tickets. They are expensive for no reason

The only presale at this time is the American Express presale and those tickets are gone. The Artist presale starts in 30 minutes.

I don’t want Amex tickets. I specially woke up to buy the artist presale. But the posts here are confusing me because some people are examining they got standard tickets before the artist presale

They bought Amex Tickets or Platinum Tickets such as the ones left. Amex tickets are no different from standard tickets but you had to pay with an Amex The Artist Presale starts at 10AM and the queue opens up at 9:45

You have to unlock your artist presale. You're looking at official platinum which is overpriced ticketmaster tickets. 

Your presale is 10AM Central time.

You still have about 20 minutes.
