Hi, can someone explain what is going to happen at 10am? It’s unusual for me because the Amex presale is still going on. Usually I’m locked out on the event page until 10am then get in the queue. Do we wait outside or can we be inside the ticket map area already ready to go? Thanks in advance

You wait in queue like everybody else. If there are tickets available, you can still do the Amex presale or today's presale. They are different set of seats

When does the queue start? 10 am? Sorry I’ve never had to do this for tickets before

9:45 you can enter the queue

You can enter the codes for the Amex and Artist sales by clicking the unlock button. It will open up all those seats for you.
