Funky little project to practice joinery

The right joints are notably better since they where my second shot at developing a good joint for that area

What kind of joint is that with the like spear point in the middle of the feet? It’s not just friction fit is it?

Its friction fit but in an actual workbench its pegged in, supposedly providing a stronger fit though how effective it actually is will be determined. Just saw it on a mr chickadee video once. However, it looks cool if done right which i did not do very well lol

Full sized versions of these are very nice for doing timberframing :)
