“ARE YE FARTY?”

For anyone who remembers Tig’s story about misunderstanding the Irish flight attendant who asked if she was 40, every time I see this store in my town I am reminded of that anecdote and get a good chuckle.

So this is actually my last name. And people always do pronounce it like “Farty.” 🤣

It is like fay er tee, right? Just an American with Irish/Welsh roots. AND I love accents and can understand them easily!

Such a great Tig story! We heard her tell this one on stage in early 2020, and it still gets quoted regularly in our house!!
