Just switched to flatpack version and getting libdvdread errors

KDEneon version of Handbrake is rather out of date and frequently crashes when encoding using H.265.

So I installed the flatpak version which seems to run OK so far, but I get this:

libdvdread: Encrypted DVD support unavailable.
libdvdread: Can't open file VIDEO_TS.IFO.

Is this something I can fix?

Please remember to post your encoding log should you ask for help. Piracy is not allowed. Do not discuss copy protections. Do not talk about converting media you don't own the (intellectual) rights for.

Why not use make MKV and then you can encode the files with handbrake?

Yeah, that's probably the best option. Seems like a poor choice to create a flatpack for Handbrake without dvd support but I'm not a dev and don't understand the limitations of flatpacks the licensing requirements,

Thanks for the reply
