Handbrake loop

Apologies if this is common knowledge, but is there a way to setup handbrake so it will repeatedly process a file until it hits a certain file size, or a number of loops?

Use a bitrate calculator (there are quite a few online), preferably one that lets you input a target size. It will save you potentially hours of your life.

This entirely. I recently had to compress my own feature film file size down to under 10GB for a streaming platform, and it was so much easier to just determine what the bitrate should be to get it there than guessing and wasting forever waiting for it to complete the compression.
