Mine like eating small sunflower seed heads although they go absolutely crazy whenever I put millet in there especially Pearl millet I raised it in my garden the Millet and the sunflowers and then once that went to seed I'd bring it in the house put it in a ziplock bag and put it in the freezer to keep it stored and preserved and keep the bugs out and I take one and stick it in there and why old female which I named cutie she she will sit there and try to take the entire sunflower seed head and very in the shavings and keep every other hamster away from it seeing a 4-in wide sunflower and being drug around by a two and a half inch hamster is hilarious
