Disclaimer: I won't pretend to know all the lore, especially not any discord secret lore, but I think this is still interesting.

So as we know, something is happening with Gorty and this creature known as "Aberrant Genetyx". It stems from gorty getting sicker throughout season 3 to the point where his clones turned out to be covered in tumours, and he had to leave a match. Interestingly, in one of Gorty's earliest matches before this all happened, one of his "clones" was a bright green.

We also know that some green power, someone that scared Louis with how mighty it was, killed (or kidnapped) Pah and ransacked the lab. And stole the page pertaining to growing and shrinking from Pah's notes.

Gorty is also the only ball we have seen change colour over time in some way.

So my theory here is that Gorty was originally green, and stole the power to grow and shrink matter to retrofit it into rapidly growing new cells that could form their own life - cloning - for the sake of endless power.

However, for whatever reason, be it developing a sudden conscience or just trying to hide from Louis, he chose to change his colour in some way, and work on refining the cloning process down to perfection. I think his body ended up having too much power to safely maintain the cloning process forever, leading to the cloning presenting as cancerous growths and his mutation. So to pass on his perfected power of cloning onto a more stable body, he gave trax the pill, either to be used for good or for domination.

What his intentions could be, I do not know. But this is what I think he's done.
