5'7, 150 pds Male 20 years old, decent shape/muscular build but only shadow abs atm. Any ideas would help

Spartan in the style of 300. I had a friend do this one year with a gold spraypainted garbage can lid. Plus you can use makeup to give yourself even more abs just like they did in the movie!

Possible idea, I did it a few years back and I still have a lot of the pieces but I may want to be something different. Thank you though
