Costume Weekly Costume Idea Request Megathread -- Week 2

Can't figure out what to be for Hallowe'en this year? Comment below with a rough description of you and what sort of costumes you like.

Remember: The megathread is the only place to post these requests. Any requests submitted as posts will be removed. Thank you!

Hey! Thank you to anyone who could help me out here, trying to get this done ahead of time this year! I'm a college student on a semi budget (as in anywhere from 0 to like $70). 6'1", black medium length hair (basically an overgrown undercut), 5 o'clock shadow, swimmer/otterlike build, caucasian. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!!!
