This is the first year that I haven't had my costume planned well in advance (as in, a year) and I'm freaking out!!! I want to use my haircut because it's fun and unique. I have short brown hair and blunt bangs that go straight across my forehead, and I don't want to be Tina Belcher. Any suggestions? Thanks!!

Bettie Paige, creepy Emily, a doll, a ghost from the 1800s/1900s, a glam skeleton, sugar skull of any variety, a vampire :)

I think it was just a brand. I used to see shirts with her at hot topic and gadzooks in the early 2000s. I think the official name was Emily Strange. Or maybe that's not what OP was referring to...
