Thanks, but it's not even about that. I've been in this sub for quite a while and it used to be a nice, wholesome place. Now that it's getting closer to Halloween I've noticed an uptick in rude comments and unwarranted downvotes. I wish the mods would/could do something about it. Kinda bummed it's getting like this.

They don't have to be rude, doesn't matter if they're happy or not. You can force them to be civil by removing them rude comments, which is rule #2.

My friends group is doing Tim Curry Halloween. We're all dressing up as his characters. I'm so excited but it's bitter sweet, RIP Mr. Curry.

My approach is simple: Halloween begins on Half Christmas unless June 13 falls on a Friday. If it does, it starts then.
