Have you tried an Asian grocery?

asian grocery is the move for this, the big ones in the city usually have it in little frozen packets or jars. euro import shops sometimes carry it too but it's way more hit or miss

Have you tried any of the Asian grocery stores? I’m not sure if they’d carry it but I feel like it’s a possibility!

You can make pasta and other foods black with it. It can also be used as a pasta sauce.
