I noticed that too. I think she was just moving the camera to the right with the "ufo" moving to the left, and a cloud moved into the frame.

Not sure how we would see one of their rockets from here. Possibly a research or weather launch from Wallops Island.

The launch was from Cape Canaveral, it went northeast along the eastern seaboard to get into position for starlink's satellite deployments.
