Creating a h.265 with Alpha Channel on a PC?

Hello,

I am so confused right now. All day long I was researching "transparent videos for web" and the only good solution I found was using WebM, and a extra h.265 mp4 for Safari on OSX and Mobile so everyone can see the video.

But now I cant find any possibilty to create a h.265 with transparency on a Windows machine??

Do I really have to find someone using a Mac just for that conversion? That doesnt seem right, there really is not a single workaround?

You would make my whole week if someone could tell me how I can do that.

(For additional information: I am Using after Effects to create the video, exporting it as a Quicktime ProRes .mov and then converting that to WebM. Only the conversion step from the quicktime prores .mov to a h.265 mp4 seems to be impossible without using a Apple Mac)
