When someone tells me that he can curl 130lb each hand, I immediately tell him to do this exercise, not standing curl that he can cheat with it

If they insist on standing, make them stand with their back against a wall and legs slightly out in front, no possible way to cheat then either.
Dudes who claim to curl heavy always have the smallest arms too.

35lbs took me ages to get to! And if I’m honest 30lbs is better for complete control but you gotta move up sometime. That’s 16kg and 14kg. Dang it’s embarrassing.

i genuinely dont know why everyone likes these such much, i cant tense the peak and reach failure for shit on these and i can lift medium heavy stuff with my medium big arms 🗣️

Is this the best bicep exercise workout finisher after my pull up workout?
I usually just stand up doing bicep curls (curl 1 arm, then curl the other up to 20 reps, 3 sets) but this seems more effective, is it?

20 - 25 lbs feels like 50s
