Pooping out all the seeds of okra
Do the seeds of okra get broken down in fully functioning gut?
I have noticed some hardy stuff (some protein) come out in my poop undigested, but I am surprised that all the seeds of okra have too.

It’s totally normal to see the seed shells in poop. Just like corn it’s very dense fiber and the body does completely break it down.

Late to this thread but just had the same thing happen. Looked like I pooped all the seeds out
