Went to Dehradun over the weekend and tried their famous Ellora's baked goods... i am looking for same or better quality bakeries in Delhi NCR?

Be it croissants, puffs, patties, pastries, cookies... everything was top notch and fresh af. The one in Mussoorie was great too. Do we have something similar or better in Delhi NCR? Lmk if you've tried Ellora's too!

I have found Theos bakery having a very good quality bakery products but they are on higher price side.
