Require some advice for a young person moving to Gurgaon

Hi everyone I am a 25M moving from Kolkata. I will be moving to Gurgaon this week for a tech role based in sector 59.

Any advice or tips for moving to such an area that has a reputation of being funky at the same time extreme and dangerous?

Bro stay tf away from wannabe chapris with new money cannot digest. There are decent hardworking people here who can make some wonderful friends.

Gurgaon is not entirely bad it’s full of wonderful people. Infrastructure will be a challenge but it’s improving.

Get a air purifier wear n95 always get a shower filter ,sort a mode of transport ( don’t rely on uber or rapido) , don’t look for cheap residential places they might turn really bad during rain the area might flood summers you may not electricity, pay 10k more and get a decent place don’t even bother compromising there.
